How are General Public prints different?

Unlike the current method of printing, which is a flat poster version of a painting, our textured prints are almost identical to the original with all of the texture and articulation created by the artist. Introducing the SYNOGRAPH ™.


Can the art be cleaned?

Yes. The art can be cleaned with a clean slightly damp cloth. I’ve also known art to be cleaned with a slice of white Wonderbread. That’s not a joke.


Will my artwork arrive ready to hang?

Yes, all works will arrive ready to hang.



SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

We will deliver product within 15 Business Days from when the order is placed. Product with antique black and gold frames are made by hand in the U.S. please allow 5-6 weeks for delivery.

Where does General Public ship to?

Within the United States.

Can I track my order?

Yes, GP will provide tracking info once the order is shipped.

My order never arrived, what now?

We will track the order with the shipping company and ensure delivery. Please contact customer service via email.


RETURNS

General Public return policy?

Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.

How do I return a piece?

Ship back via Fed-ex or UPS.

My order is damaged, what now?

Please contact customer service via email (info@generalpublic.art) within a week of receiving the piece to describe what the damages are. Please attach images. We will answer you as quickly as possible.
